You're right, I realize. Where's the flaw? Ah. The payoffs of the
Prisoner's Dilemma are symmetric. I've been arguing the situation where
the payoffs were heavily skewed -- where one side was much more
powerful. (Not exactly the same statements, but you should get the
idea.)
