I never heard of the records of arrest - and heard there were none - Jim Schuberts contradicts that a bit so im looking about for some evidence. As far as I know - all references of him were generated 100 or so years after his supposed death, and most by early christians themselves.

That is easy enough to do - There are many religions that can be explored in a big city - try Buddhism - A lot of people like it and it does not require the same kind of servitude.
