All communication can be polyvocation,in the sense of possibly possessing multiple stable interpretations, but not equivocation, in the sense of equal and omnidirectional meaning (simply another way of saying meaninglessness...). If anything anyone said equally likely meant anything at all to anyone else, there would be no remotely communicative function which language could perform.
