In the prosecutor's arguments, there was that phrase that sends chills up my spine and forces me confront the reality that h. Habilus vs. H. Sapiens; skilled vs. thinking, purely denotes the respective capacities available. Usage still remains at the discretion of the operator........."Dr. J. is trying to convince you(the jury) that euthanasia is alright....well it's not alright....it's illegal in "x" state.............THATS THE LAW!!
