Tim, you've seen my apartment; you know I don't have an arm chair. I'm not ANY sort of activist on this topic. A better description of what I've been doing with my "Too much TV" rants is "opining," i.e. stating my thoughts and positions on an issue and allowing my passions to show themselves in the process. That, it seems to me, is a legitimate use of this list. I would invite you to tell us what you think on the topic. I promise not to insult you for doing so.
