...The tragedy in all of this becomes readily apparent when one considers the question of, with all the present dogs and cats + soon not having enough people around to spay and neuter them...what will happen?..imagine the chaos!...just a note for all responsible people out there..be sure to "fix" your pets before you are inevitably killed by a bullet within the next few decades, a disaster may be thwarted.
