Actually, David is probably more familiar than I, but I can tell you that the early early years debated over the nature of "truth" far more than now. I think the proposed questions for the FAQ cover much of the (related) material. I can possibly work up some answers, since it seems nobody else wants too... just say the word, as I've got some free time for the next week or two.

I think Virus needs to take a stance on certain issues hardly ever advanced. We've covered metaphysics pretty well, and I'm working on an epistemology, we have a working set of ethics (is it complete?), but what about aesthetics and politics? What is beauty? How should people live together? The last question I think is *fundamentally* important for a Church to answer. Even just a pole of Virus list members would be a step in the right direction.
