I am (as no doubt expected) totally with Wade on this one. Somebody has their chicken harnessed to an egg. The only way anything conscious happened was through evolution. Even today, virii have not bothered with consciousness, yet they evolve quite merrily (and rapidly) on their chemically and physically dictated evolutionary paths. As do the very elegant self-replicating chemical soups being cooked up in laboratories all over the world.

Better luck next time.

Hermit.
