The best resource I know on the net is the archive for the talk.origins newsgroup which can be found at http://www.talkorigins.org/ and in particular http://www.talkorigins.org/origins/faqs-evolution.html .

The only people who have a problem with evolution tend to Christian fundamentalists and their rag-tag followers. Evolution is a strong theory, with an immense amount of evidence and support. Every suggested alternative I have seen simply represents an appeal (sometimes quite well disguised) to a literal "deus ex machina".
