The con side (paragraph 3):

If we assume multiple memes can be maintained within a single memeset; then, level 3 implies the ability to use the rationale provided by one memetically induced perspective to check and/ or balance the other (or others). This ability thus suggests mastery of at least one memetic perspective.

However, since this suggests that a level 2 is thus susceptible to multiple perspectives-- and that level 1 involves only a single perspective-- one is left with the problem of resolving the dichotomy of the level 2 to the certainty of the level 1 WHILE ALSO ACCEPTING THAT MULTIPLE PERSPECTIVES EXIST (as suggested by the level 3 mindset).

That is, level 3 seems to merely retain the level 2 mindset while simultaneously suggesting that the level 1 mindset is both divided AND certain. Thus, level 3 may imply a self-serving rationale (which is susceptible to multiple memetic influences but which CLAIMS to be consistent as the situation allows).
