virus: New home for the list and web pages.

The Virus mailing list and web pages have been moved to lucifer.com,
a suitable home considering Lucifer is the "Bringer of Light". The new
URL for the Virus home page is "http://www.lucifer.com/virus/". The new
mailing list address is virus@lucifer.com (send list commands to
majordomo@lucifer.com). The old one at merak.com should still work
since it just forwards it to lucifer.com, but may go away some day.

There were a lot of internal links to change in the web pages. Please
let me know ASAP if I missed any.
