I see it as a proselytizing vector. I don't see myself as "believing"
in Virus; if in the future I wrote a lot of Virus text I might become a
subprophet, without ever "joining the Church of Virus". In a sense it,
and extropian memes, have already thoroughly infected me. The Church
has no value in itself for me, except for amusement; the use is in
spreading those memes.
