Is it possible to tweak the Majordomo software so that only
messages from the _list_subscribers_ are accepted for distribution?
If any member of the list feels an off-topic post is of value, they
would and should feel free to share it; but why allow non-subscribers
to post? That should be a cost-effective and efficient measure
against spam, no?
