On 8/2 Eric came up with a classic sentence in the following paragraph,
last sentence:

>I just saw an expose on the 5 O'clock news the other day detailing "fine"
>cigars and where to find them. Apparently cigars are all the rave now,
>despite direct advertising. Popular culture and media icons do the work
>for the companies indirectly. And incidently, smoking among teens is on
>the rise. So the tobacco companies are guaranteed another generation of
>users. Where there is a will, there is a way.
>

In that regard, I have another alternative: "Where there's a will, there's
a won't".

Pretty corny, but it's Friday after a hard week's work and time to enjoy
the weekend!!

Seems like every discussion I've had this week which involves evaluating
the state of the city, county, state and government winds up being so
completely frustrating that we end up saying "To hell with it" and moving
on to some other discussion.

With that, I can only say, have a good weekend. Cheers!
