Of course. And you can only be certified as a trainer by Richard Bandler
himself.

Silva Mind Control is one of the first of the group personal-growth
trainings that sprung up in the '60s and '70s. I have observed one of
the trainings, mostly about self-induced trance states and remote
viewing. The participants enjoyed it. I don't recommend or un-recommend
it.
