I have no reason to believe that an "omniscient" perspective would give
such an effect.
Assume, for a moment, that a being X exists outside of this space-time
[universe], *and* can interact with it. [Observer-effect problems?]
[English is about to become terminally incompetent. "Meta-time" is a
woefully inadequate term!]
The universe, at any given meta-time, *must* exist in a self-consistent
"state". [One tangent leads off into the uncertainity principle, etc.]
However, X may have trouble predicting the effects of his own
interventions. X may want to shape a certain conclusion ["prophecy"
[sic]], but is limited by the laws of physics in the universe, etc.
