When you are afraid, come up with sometning. ANYTHING.
So the other hosts will know you exist. If you want your memes to
survive you must keep promoting youself. A 39K quote is a good idea
(sorry, no demo...). Another good trick is to instruct about something
unimportant, like double hyphens, and start the next sentence with
an "And", so it is hard to understand what you mean.
