I was about to reply to this, and then I thought, "what does he mean?"

I think I can see your point there, if by "factual" statements you mean
statements that are presented as fact -- not as opinion -- and *not*
statements that *are* factual, as in 2+2=4, Joe came in first, the price
of tea in china is...

Or maybe I've been totally confused. I've been haning around AOL too
long.
