I have always thought that the term E=MC^2 was not only one of the
simplest ways to mathematically describe reality, but also a poetic
(language) common denominator- such that 'great truths' (or at least
simple platitudes) may come from using such a format.

All the sentences David used above fit this pattern....

In essence, it is Thing A is like Thing B modified by Process C....

This is a tautological argument.
