It was distressing to see Stephen and Reed getting so agitated and
uncharacteristically insensitive in the earlier course of the "Vocal
Harmonics" exchange. I was pleased to see both step back and apologize
for overinvestment in position at the expense of understanding. Thank you
both for having the grace to do that, and thank you Stephen for making
this workshop offer.
