All I was pointing out was that no matter what meme you stick on the end
of it, 50% of the population will be "below average". Just the nature
of the mathematics involved.

i.e. Define "intelligence" however you want to; 50% of the population
will still be below average.

However, I do agree that people are not just punch cards to be read by
some machine. We are more than that.

I attend a University with a good reputation. We are known as "the
Queens Snobs", in fact! Maybe there is some truth in there.

But that's not all there is to life.

I came home here, and began to hang out with some old friends of mine.
People who, although in the same "grade" as me, have not yet passed
highschool. Desipte being way behind in academic matters, they are way
ahead on the social front. Much better people to talk with and hang out
with in bars than I will probably ever be.

And heck, one of the couples is having a baby, and planning on marriage
in a few months.

Scary stuff.

So: who's above average?

Nice. The effect you have on the world and the effect the world has on
you are related by Karma.

As Persig said, if you wish to change the world, first change your own
heart and hands, and then work outward from there.
