virus: CoV and giving

For some reason I have been thinking about charity. This seems to be
central to many religions. I had another crazy idea. Why don't we have
a page on the web site where anyone can give away the things that annoy
them?

Here is my idea. This morning I was in my usual rush to get out the
door AND take care of the kitchen. One of the things I needed to do was
move the cans I recycle to the bingee. Our recycling requires me to
remove the labels from the cans. This drives me nuts. I have a hard
time getting those suckers off.

Maybe there is someone out in cyber-space who could profit from this. I
sure would not mind if someone else made a lot of money off this if I
can get the fix...

OK so the example is pretty lame again.

The reason I bring it up is that I am continuing with ACIM and the idea
is being presented that we (humans) have the wrong idea about giving.
Either we do not give because we think we lose what we give or we have a
cock eyed idea that what we might have to give is unworthy of giving.
Also, I am reading Steven Pinker's book and I read the quote he has from
one of my favorites - Lily Tomlin who said that perhaps man created
language to satisfy his deep need to complain.

So I put 2 and 2 together in my own strange way.

Anyway, having a spot where potential inventors might find something
marketable could increase site traffic... and I sure would like a place
to express my complaints.

Or am I just slipping towards childhood again? Ain't life humorous?
