I work with two people who are directly involved, and one person
whose roommate is involved. The roommate was harassed on the phone
when he tried to quit. He's back in now.

When my co-workers started actively recruiting people at work
I looked up ("landmark forum" and "cult") on the web and found
several first hand accounts that were less that complimentary
to the LEC.

I didn't mean to imply that the Forum was necessarily bad,
I'm sure a lot of people derive a lot of good out of it. I just
disagree with some of the tactics they use. I'd like to know
what you think of this article:

I believe that. I'm back at Merak now (Kumo Software has been assimilated).
We like to refer to Merak as "The Firm" (half jokingly :-).
