You should be a character from some new novel about memes, cults,
hypnotists
and the Government with a great bio like that, Brett!!!

But as a friend of mine once said of you: "He's just doing whatever he can
to get attention and dominate the bandwidth. I just ignore him. In fact,
I set my Inbox Assistant to send all his messages to the recycle bin--and
I've only ever done that to one other person!" Wise words from a very wise
guy.

Brett is an arrogant egotistical child. He is primarily insecure,
short-sighted (as a result, often thoughtless), and mostly concerned with
amusing himself.
Brett craves attention and is willing to divert the productive energies of
others and waste their valuable time (at a rate of $500 an hour--at least
that's what I charge for it!) in order to satisfy that adolescent need.

If, when the truth be known (and no, Marie, I don't believe it is an
objective absolute), it turns out that this is also an aspect of Richard's
personality that he only feels comfortable expressing through an avatar...
unfortunately, it would hardly come as a surprise.

But when I think back on it, neither one of them have contributed anything
worth reading to this list in the last six months. That is why, rather
than divert more resources to the question at hand, I have followed my wise
friend's advise and set my "Inbox Assistant" to send all messages from
Brett Lane Robertson *OR* Richard Brodie directly to the Deleted Items
folder.

(Sorry, Richard, if you want to get a hold of me you'll have to go low-tech
and pick up the phone, I guess.)
