I don't think I'd go so far as to say we can represent the entire `mind' in
this way--just the processing of memes. I suspect there are also a set of
self-referental functions (the internal model of the self) which effect the
structure and behavior of the two functions as well.

That's the problem with speaking in jargon, not everyone understands what
you're saying.
