I fear that the way this question is framed is misleading. (Although I
agree with the intent.) If I do not have access to something, does that
mean implictly that it has been withheld from me? I don't think so.

We obviously must all become teachers, in order to provide all children
with the access to learning so richly desired. This road, thus far, has a
embarasingly low student/teacher ratio, it seems.
