This is actuality, I know. I have a hacker/anarchist friend who thinks
that we should all dick the government/big business over any chance we
get. Since he's also got a rage against the rich, he did this trick to
a rich guy and started using his phone number for an isp account. He's
also made some pretty bold hacks, because if they trace the user it will
end up being this rich guy he's abusing. I must agree with PHYCONUT
though, if you're dumb enough to do anything over the phone for anyone
you don't know, you deserve to get screwed.
