On this note, I was reading a recent issue of 2600 (The hacker's quartely) and
they were discussing the defense fund that had been set up to help pay the legal
costs of the famous hacker guy who got screwed by the law. Sorry I can't recall
his name right now. In any case they said they had only recieved $200 dollars
(which came from one guy) and they were pleading with the readers to donate some
money.
