They just like the feeling of power that they get when they're showing
off they're wepons. Also it make the people of india feel safe that
they're government can defend them. I know they don't have any enermys
but it makes them feel good anyway. They just don't think that testing
they're nuclear wepons could make them less safe because if the UN
really gets pissed at them it could decide to send the troops in to stop
them which would make india a VERY unsafe place
