Check out the Cassandra Project's report on the Y2k problem. It is found, of
all
places, on Gary North's Y2k website. This website happens to be one of the
most
informative websites out there if you are looking for a thorough overview of
the
Y2k problem. He is a Christian Reconstructionist, however, so you may have to
wade through the theological commentaries that he attaches as headers to each
category on there. Just scroll until you get to what you want. If I'm not
mistaken
the Cassandra Project's report is hypertexed on the home page.
