this post was something of a "brettism" (i bet brett smiled at reading your
post...:-)
i think the government has the right idea in making their forms easier to
understand by making them in "plain english." complexity only makes things
harder to understand. and its only good when youre trying to be hard to
understand.
heres the antithesis of complaining about a brettism.....
kristee once said (i know i used it in my novel for school...) "if you choose
not to understand me because my vocabulary is not *up* to your level then the
result is your own hypocritical ignorance" (something like that)
