Ouch....
I myself called it a quanta of culture, and E. O. Wilson, his own self,
calls it a unit of culture- at any rate, it is a point source, and within
the brain, and no-one really has any idea what the hell it is or where
exactly it is or really what the hell it does.
At the moment it is part of a concept of how culture, mind, and behavior
are connected.
It is a happy creation, though, ain't it?
Part of the reason we are here is to find a definition, after all....
