That is amusing but actually the plates from which the Book of Mormon came
were
hidden in the ground since ancient times....and they were made from gold the
ancient
civilzations mined. So, nothing NEW was added to the earth that wasn't
already there.
The Angel Moroni just told Joseph Smith where to find the plates and then he
hid them
again.
