That has an embedded 'All' preceding it. I for one hate to generalize to
that extent about any group whatsoever. _If_ I happened to know what you
mean by a 'good' person, a question I'm truly not even willing to embrace
at this point.
All these recipes, all these formulae. As if by following them one could
guarantee anything. The 'the world is a fair and orderly place' is a
tremendously powerful meme...
