>Is life really worth everything that it takes to live it?

Who was it that said, 'life's a bitch and then you die'? Or 'life's one
damn thing after another?' And it is.

But most of us hang on anyway. For the good moments. For those things
that bring us joy. For the laughter. To enjoy those who really appreciate
us. To try to prove ourselves wrong, regarding our certainty that we'd
never find someone who will love us for whom we are, no matter what we look
like, no matter how much money we have. Or to try to prove ourselves
wrong, regarding the notion that life just ain't worth it.

Or maybe most of us hang on for fear of dying. We're all going to die
anyway: I for one see no reason to accelerate the process. In my
deathbed--if I'm still lucid--I'll answer that question, was life worth
living. Not before the fat lady sings. Coz all the data aren't in yet.
