I'm in no way prepared to say that, but mostly because it sounds too
simplistic, not because, even when considering only brain-based memes, it
don't have a ring to it.

But, let's reduce even this behavior- not whistling, and not even a tune,
but starting to purse the lips to form a shape that creates the
opportunity for a whistle, or the first movement of the muscle in the
larynx that compresses to form the shape required for an A440, etc.- and
_then_ let's talk about finding this meme thing.

I can whistle Dixie for entirely different reasons than that redneck next
door....
