eGad, Nate! On the contrary, I'm the reigning Infidel of the virus list.
Want proof of my unfaithfulness? Well guess what- I don't believe in long,
elaborate, fanciful, witty and/or cute signature files! That's right you
godless heathens, I've had it with the lot of them.
I meant to mention this before, but has anyone else noticed the *sig file
meme* that has infected cyberspace to cosmic porportons? Well I have.
Everyone else can take the time to create their own special sig, that
whimsical excess jarble of words and symbols, that familiar sample of
cleverness and humour that easily indentifies the author like fingerprints
or denture bites, those plugs for homepages and the obligatory quotes by
authors, the music lyrics, the comic relief snippets, and website links all
embellished with ornate borders and random capitializations; like a radio
blurb they pop up at the end of every sing-song post in the world, a tail
of nonsensical typing wagging repugnantly in my face when I'm done
reading.....hanging there...like a dead vine, a rotting tooth, molten
saliva...a garish tattoo.....do you get the point yet? Sigs are fine and
dandy with me, but I must point out that being the darling iconoclast I am,
I refuse to submit to peer pressure, and succumb to this meme. Also, I
despise Time; I loathe the television and especially Judge Judy; I don't
mind growing old; I like the dentist. Who's the unbeliever now, Nate???!!!

ps, most people take themselves too seriously.
