Well Robin was right, its possible that Dennet mentions the extended
phenotype somewhere, but Dawkins (literally) wrote the book on it. And with
a bio-chem background you should find his books a piece of cake.
Have you read _The Selfish Gene_ by Richard Dawkins yet?
