I was looking throught the CoV page the other day and I did not see Aaron
Lynch's book on the suggested reading list. Was I looking in the wrong spot
or have the webpages not been updated yet? Although he is deeply stuck in
Level Two with little hope of extricating himself, I though we were going to
include his work anyway?
