... computers, conscious ? no. They can, however, act as vectors for
transmission , and SIMULATE consciousness, but IMHO, that is an
extension/projection of the human(s) "behind" the program(s), virus(s),
data ...
the difference between a computer virus and a meme ... it's been answered
here before tho my memory doesn't retain the "best" answer. Someone may
