I was speaking specifically of you need to present discussion in a rational
manner, be able to argue your point rationally. "If I believe in god am I
irrational?" Yes and No. You may be a rational person in general, but when
it comes to your beliefs, then yes, you are irrational. To have faith in
something with no evidence to support your position and a great deal of
evidence against your position, then you are not rational about said
subject.

Yes, that is irrational - if something is impossible, then it is by
definition, unacheivable. If you achive the goal, then it was never
impossible to start.

No, there are many people who have changed the entier world, or most of it
anyway.

Possibly, the concept of "followers" doesnt really apply to this group. I
suppose those that followed jim jones to Brazil were caught in a memetic
trap and were irrational.

That is an irratonal demand - for a few reasons: A great many people have
good reason to not be happy - starvation, death in the family, tax audit.
Being happy all the time is not good, and what of those who dont want to be
happy? Shall you ignore their wishes?
