virus: cloning and monty burns

I thought Brendan was implying that there could be cloned an
absolutely psychopathic human-ish being. Someone who feels *no* guilt
for anything and will do exactly as told, like an ideal Spartan
soldier. Then again, just the opposite type of person could be
engineered, but that is less likely considering WHO has the technology
and what their interests are.
