Thanks for that Wade. Of the three definitions, #1 most accurately
describes the concept I am trying to portray. That seems to exclude 2
but #3 is also applicable. Of the nouns, only lawlessness sits
comfortably, the rest are states which are usually assumed to follow
from this lack of regulation.
BTW, I'm now using my home email account for CoV. It's just been set up
and I'm still playing with the config. so I may not be seeing every mail
(please excuse me if this makes me seem overly obtuse).
