Here's a pretty good one:
A man working for a long-distance phone service in KC goes to Chicago
for a company workshop. The workshop starts on Friday, and ends on Sunday.
He goes to the Friday workshop, and afterwards goes out to a bar with some
friends. He meets a woman at the bar, and they leave to go back to her
place. The next day, noone sees him at the workshop. On Sunday, he is
still missing. Unfortunatly, he didn't have any really close friends, so
nobody noticed until he failed to show up for the flight back to KC. The
company starts a search for him, but they can't find any clues. A few days
later, a tip is recieved. When the police go to the address that the tip
gave, they find him in a bathtub full of ice. They take him out of the tub
and take him to a hospital, where it is discovered that his liver (or was it
kidney?) had been removed. No one was arrested, and the cop have no leads.
The official report states that the operation was probably performed by a
med student, who sold the organ on the black market in order to pay for
tuition.

Creepy, huh?
