Equality is about ignoring differences. It's not a goal worth striving
for, in my opinion. The real way to empowerment lies in highlighting
*differences*, and using them to establish a position in the world. Not
equal. It should be like comparing apples and oranges. You can do it,
but to ever say an apple has "equality" with an orange is to deny that
the apply *is* an apple.

This is a classic example of "double think". Slavery *is* freedom!

"I'm free, I have been forgiven, God's love has taken off my chains and
given me these wings. And I'm free, yeah, and the freedom I've been
given is something that not even death can take away from me. Because
I'm free, Jesus set me free!" -Steven Curtis Chapman

My question: how free are you if you have to *contuinually* rely on
Jesus to keep you free? It's like having a mortgage on your house.
Sure, it's your house. But if you ever stop paying the bank, it ain't
yours any more!!
