Ah, if only such were the case....

And where to start? With some phantasm-mongering, like Brodie's
subliminal influence crap?

Children's programming?

Arcane references held up on signs in the crowd at sporting events?

Does anyone here have any influence with the media at all? Does the media
know what it's doing? Where it's been? What's out there?

Personally, I'd rather see a CoV salt shaker.

There is some consolation in the fact that every year at this time,
millions of children learn that Santa is Mommy or Daddy. If only they
could learn that god is Barney is a guy in a dinosaur costume, but for
some reason, that step is ignored, or forgotten, or denied.

The costume is also a cocoon. I used to think we were butterflies. Now, I
am much more apt to think we are maggots.

But then again, I am seasonally depressed....

I just don't see a hell of a lot of hope anymore.
