I think it would be extremely difficult to collect all the archives and
rate them individually. The best way to do this would be to have some
sort of system that would allow a person to pick out an artical that
(s)he really liked and then everybody else would be given the opotunity
to vote on the artical (I think it would be best to do this via the web
site rather than e-mail - you could end up with too much e-mail)
The articals would then be rated and the best one's could be displayed
in a sort of web site veiw. Also it might be wise to have some sort of
limit on the ammount of articals 1 person could nominate or vote on.
