In my defense, I very rarely accepted the assertions of Velikovsky,
even as they were presented by Mr. Noone. It may have seemed
that I am in support of these speculations, but this just isn't so.

One the few ideas contained within Mr. Noone's work that I might
be able to buy into is the idea that the Great Pyramid was used
as place of initiation by ancient societies. This might just be
a result of my cursory knowledge of ancient Egypt.

As for the cometary origins of Venus...puhleaze!
