You know, I hear you Tim, but in the back of my mind, I'm also hearing St.
Paul and his "I become all things to all men so that I might save..."

And besides, as Neitzsche said, "Truth demands to be declared even if it is
ugly and unethical"

Argumentative certainly. Self-rightous, I can accept. Borish? Ninnys?

As to our interest in where he came from and how he got there, I seem to
remember us asking and recieiving an answer, which merely comfirmed what we
already knew -- his "convictions" began very early in life with
indoctrinination from his parents.

Finally a description of the CoV mailing list that REALLY capures the
essence! I love it! Can we post this on the web page?

I see it now -- "The CoV is a memetically designed, atheistic religion,
consisting primairly of philosophical circle jerk (join the mailing list!)
and a web page singing the praises of Lucifer!

Ha!

Tim, you make a point about the religious folk gaining numbers, and hense
power -- having just read "Atlas Shrugged" (Ayn Rand), I am curious as to
why you think mindless drones will ever be able to overcome the kind of
directed knowledge and action seeking that a freethinker is capable of.
Their's is the morality of death, and so long as we refuse to help them,
they cannot win.
