It was during such a lengthy 'enrollment' attempt by Est'ers that a
goodly deal of my skepticism and ardent distrust of such cults gelled.
Was it just the $300 they wanted from me, up front, the sparkling
testimonials, their clean, fresh-scrubbed wholeness, or was it the
lemming-like qualities and their unusual sameness and robot-like demeanor?

Sure. Also it was a game. I was stronger than they were. They didn't drag
me into their pit. I decided not to wear their clothes, tow their line.
If Landmark is cut of this same cloth, they are a cult. Simply and
decidedly, a cult. There is no other word for this process of
indoctrination and brain-washing.

'Conversation' my ass.
